Scott provided an excellent service. He was very thorough during his survey, answered all questions we had, and explained many other things in great detail - which is exactly what we wanted as first-time buyers. Further, his report was completed in an amazingly short amount of time, with many photos throughout. While much of the report constituted things that the seller did not need to know about, we are considering the report as a 'To Do List' of minor to mid-level tasks once we move into our new home.
