recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Scott provided an excellent service. He was very thorough during his survey, answered all questions we had, and explained many other things in great detail - which is exactly what we wanted as first-time buyers. Further, his report was completed in an amazingly short amount of time, with many photos throughout. While much of the report constituted things that the seller did not need to know about, we are considering the report as a 'To Do List' of minor to mid-level tasks once we move into our new home. Thanks for your excellent work, Scott!

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. We could not be more pleased with an inspection and reports as we are with Sandusky Bay Inspections LLC. Since we live 1200 miles away from our intended house we relied on Sandusky Bay Inspections to find anything that they could find that would be hazardous or harmful. The report was so thorough that we could not ask for more. Thank you Scott. We can now move in and know we are safe and secure.

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Scott and his family are wonderful people. Sometimes it's just as important to know the quality and character of the people behind the company that you're looking at. You wont find a harder and honest person for your inspections.

Scott's professional assessment allowed me to make informed decision about a property. His reporting is thorough and clear and helped me understand what were large issues and what were small issues. He was there before I got there for an onsite visit and I had the reporting I needed a few hours later. Highly recommended!

julia Catlett

Very thorough and even looked at items repeatedly during some inclement weather to confirm findings. Very responsive and professional. The report was easy to read and understand and Scott did a great job walking through property and explaining information. Will use again and would recommend!

Best $375 i ever spent. Very good at home inspection. Caught 90% more than i saw. Saved me greatly from buying a house that probably would have went up in flames in a month or 2.

Robb Toft

Saved me big money on a home that we almost purchased. Was so pleased with his quality of service, we recommended him to our son for his inspection, my in-laws for their purchase and even a friend of ours to inspect the rental that we were living in that she purchased. Now he will be inspecting our new home build

Scott at Sandusky Bay Inspections has completed two home inspections for us in the last three years and both experiences were excellent! Scott is extremely thorough, takes his time, and makes sure that as a potential buyer that you are aware of any issues that may come along with your new home purchase. He takes time to explain each finding to make sure you understand the urgency of the issue. He has a keen eye and a wealth of experience that really helps to give you piece of mind when making such a large investment. I would recommend Sandusky Bay Inspections to anyone!

They were honest with me that they were not what I was looking for and I even got a recommendation. We really appreciate his honesty and integrity.
